Dream Team with Rikki Stout

1. George Porter – Ports is part of a very good Cinderford pack, and loves a scrum. It's always a tough battle going up against him but enjoyable at the same time.

2. Tom Cruse Unbelievable skill set for a hooker and an even better voice. Part of the ‘West Street Boys'. Hopefully he will be picked up following the sad scenes at . UWIC team mate Jack Yeandle is a close second

3. Gareth Denman It's always nice to play with friends, both in the A-League and at Rotherham. A very good pal and I'd never hear the end of it if he didn't get him in this. Great scrummager, but a better ruck inspector.

4. Matt Challinor – Definitely helpful having him behind you in the scrum at Rotherham and made me look semi average! Played more games than I've had hot dinners, absolute granite and a great bloke.

5. Matt Smith Played with Smithy at UWIC and Rotherham. You'd think he would've put on some size in those years! Now coaching me at Rotherham so I have to pick him else I might never get picked again. A proper lineout nause who uses his noodle arms to his advantage. An honourable mention to Joe Makin at , he was a brilliant captain and drinks the fastest pint of Guinness in the world.

6. Robin Copeland – Played with him at Rotherham before he went on to big things. He is just a freak of an athlete that made playing rugby look easy. I was delighted to see him get n cap. A shocking dancer though!

7. Seb Nagle-Taylor What a player! He's got the lot. Went from Rotherham to and hopefully will get another shot in the Prem. Master of the smoke bomb on a night out.

8. Alfie Tooala Absolute wrecking ball and feared by everyone. He never really understood the game ‘touch and pass' at Rotherham. So glad I never had to play against him … ‘your man!'

9. Charlie Mulchrone – Chuggsy is another ‘West Street Boy', who I played with at Rotherham. Really intelligent 9 with plenty to say, and loves to sing! Great rugby brain so I'm glad he's coaching tomorrow's stars.

10. Simon Humberstone First played with Humbo at UWIC. Knows how to control a game and isn't shy of putting a shot in, even with glass shoulders. Key reason why won the league.

11. Jamie Broadley Absolute try machine at all levels of rugby. Really intelligent and all-round really nice guy! Still turning out for Sheff Tigers and still scoring tries.

12. Juan Pablo Socino Won the Player of the Year when we were at Rotherham. Absolutely brilliant player and one of the most humble blokes you'll meet. Also one of the strongest guys in the gym, 60's going up!

13. Lewis Minikin – Former Hull Ionians team-mate who is known as GOD in the National Leagues. Hell of an outside break with a boot to match.

14. Will Hurrell Had to fit him in somewhere as he's an absolute weapon who made line breaks for fun when we played together at . Did exactly the same for Doncaster and so it was a real shame he had to retire early.

15. Sean Scanlon Another ‘West Street Boy' from the early Rotherham days who was solid as a rock at the back. Made up for his lack of pace with perfect positioning and could take a high ball with the best of them.
