Dream Team: Tommy Bell – London Irish fly-half

1. Simon McIntyre – A very big lad who can carry hard and knows how to run a line off his fly-half. You can often see him make some good breaks for .
2. Tom Youngs – He's just a warrior every time he's on the pitch. He just keeps going and going and that's someone I'd have in my team to lead us from the front.
3. Phil Swainston – Another Wasps prop. He always goes forward and he is very enthusiastic about the scrum. Loves a good celebration when he wins a penalty at the set piece.
4. James Cannon – He's a work horse in the engine room with a strong all round game. He is a good bloke to have on a night out too which is important to any team.
5. Sebastian de Chaves – Currently my housemate so I don't want to make it too awkward at home. He's a good player anyway and he can run the lineout.
6. Sam Jones – He's a great player to have around the pitch and he's never afraid to run at other people at full speed. Big ball carrier to make the defence go backwards.
7. Matt Everard – He's an old school openside who gets around everywhere on the pitch mopping up any ball he can get his hands on.
8. He doesn't need much explanation really. One of the best ball carrier in the world with some very good ball skills. Lethal mix of size and power.
9. Ben Youngs – He's an outstanding ball player even if it looks like he's in slow motion when he plays. Always keen to make something happen.
10. Andy Goode – A very experience player on and off the pitch. A great guy to have around leading your team on the pitch but also in the bar.
11. He can dance around people in a phone box. Electric pace and can score tries no else can. You can't ask for much more from your winger.
12. Chris Bell – I've been lucky to spent a few years playing alongside my brother. He was an outstanding captain at Wasps and a great role model for me. Looking after the next generation at Wasps now.
13. Elliot Daly – Raw out-and-out pace with the ability to beat anyone on the outside. A massive boot which is always handy when you have a penalty inside your own half.
14. Adam Thompstone – He works so hard and he always looks for opportunities to come off his wing and expose gaps in the defence. Great at catching cross-field kick too.
15. Geordan Murphy – One of the most skilful players of recent times. So much so that it was easy for him to always find a way to put people through gaps and create a lot of chances to score.
