Steve Hill: How and why did you get into coaching rugby?
Rugby has always been a passion of mine; my dad coached the mini and junior teams that I played in at Chelmsford RFC. I remember reading the books Total Rugby and Think Rugby by Jim Greenwood when I was 16 years old so I guess I was always destined to coach.
