Kennedy, 41, is one of the most respected heads of recruitment in the game after taking up the role in September 2018 after a stint as director of rugby at his former club, .

The former inter national who helped win the 2013 is held in high regard across the Channel, where the work he has done with Saracens hasn’t gone unnoticed.
