Howley keen on replacing Young

Rob Howley is interested in replacing Dai Young as the next boss of Cardiff, but cash could be a major obstacle to him taking over in the Welsh capital.
Howley, who is currently working as attack coach with Canada, is one of the people being considered for the job after Cardiff finally parted company with Young last week.
