Following in father’s footsteps

Lewis Noon, the Newcastle-born son of former England centre Jamie, was part of the France squad that played in the U18 Rugby Europe Sevens tournament in Macolin this weekend.
Noon, 15, has signed for Jamie’s former club Brive on a three-year espoirs deal, which is essentially a development contract.
He has lived in France since he was three and he follows in the footsteps of his dad, who played Sevens for England on the IRB Sevens circuit.
