Bears may turn to Blackett if Lam fails

Pat Lam is under pressure to turn around Bristol Bears fortunes between now and the end of the season, or the whispers are that it could cost him his job.
Lam, above, is under contract until 2028, but since guiding the Bears to a Premiership semi-final two years ago has seen them lose 24 of 36 games, and they are currently propping up the table.
It has been rumoured that former Wasps boss Lee Blackett is a name in the frame after mutterings started to emerge that senior players aren’t happy with the senior leadership at the club.
