Boag column: Saracens evolved, so will Eddie’s England

Can England stand up against other nations with their physicality and kicking game? Or does Eddie need to flip the switch in attack?

I never thought I’d say it, but we’re suffering from a surfeit of televised rugby, and it’s highlighting what we each see as the problems with the game – the trouble is that we don’t all think the same way about what those are.
After the latest round of the Autumn Nations Cup games, just as disappointing as the previous one, there was a bit of a Twitter-storm about the amount of kicking, particularly in the Wales v England game, and it once again raised that hoary old chestnut, is sport all about winning, or has it an obligation to entertain?
