ALL the focus is on the Rugby World Cup, but last week marked another big countdown to a second huge event which will also be taking place in Japan.
The 2020 Olympics will follow rugby’s biggest showpiece in being hosted in Asia next year and it should be another spectacular event.
In 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, Team GB’s men’s side had a superb tournament in rugby Sevens to win a silver medal. It was a huge shot in the arm for the game.
