NEWCASTLE Falcons are set for a double body blow following relegation to the Championship with two of their star backs, Simon Hammersley and Chris Harris, set to depart the club.
Blindside understands that the pair want to remain playing in the Premiership next season and DoR Dean Richards can do little to stop them from leaving.
Full-back Hammersley, 26, who has played for the Falcons since 2013, agreed a new three-year deal with the Falcons in January.
