Clubs are asked to jog along in memory of Sam

GARETH’Sam’ Williams, the Bridgend, Wales and Lions back row forward, died at the end of last season way ahead of his time.
Now, with the new one almost upon us, players of all football codes are being invited to warm up in his memory.
Mark Williams is appealing to clubs to organise 10k races in aid of Multiple System Atrophy which took his father’s life at 63.
