Hunter and Packer to be joint captains

Back row duo, No.8 Sarah Hunter and flanker Marlie Packer, will co-captain Simon Middleton’s final England Six Nations campaign when they begin their title defence later this month.
Head coach Middleton, who is stepping down at the end of the tournament, has recalled scrum-half Natasha Hunt and No.8 Sarah Beckett after they were left out of England’s World Cup squad.
England fly-half Zoe Harrison has been ruled out of the tournament due to a torn ACL.
