Toshiba Brave Lupus secured second place with a 36-27 win over third placed Suntory Sungoliath to earn a home semi-final.
They sit 10 points adrift from runaway leaders Wild Knights, but have given themselves a 10-point cushion from Suntory, who need to win next week against Kubota Spears to seal third.
