Phillips confident Wales will rise to expectation

WALES women head coach Rowland Phillips believes his side is close to realising its potential as they prepare to take on Italy at the Principality Stadium today.
Wales started their Six Nations campaign with victory over Scotland and despite defeats to England and Ireland, Phillips remains upbeat.
