England & Wales hit by injury concerns

Both England and Wales ended yesterday’s game with injury worries over senior players.
Scrum-half Jack van Poortvliet was forced off for England with a leg injury in the first half with head coach Steve Borthwick saying: “We’ll await the scan rather than jump to conclusions.”
Wales forwards Taine Plumtree and Dewi Lake both went off and Wales coach Warren Gatland faces a nervy wait.
