Last week the England rugby team showed some character in their game against Argentina that has been missing in many of their recent games and managed an outstanding win for their first Test in Argentina.
Head coach Steve Borthwick seems to have at last found a better balance of his playing squad with a number of his ‘star players’ taken from him by their Lions selection.
Borthwick’s replacement players achieved an unexpected 35-12 win against a team rated slightly higher in the World Rugby rankings, with Argentina ranked fifth and England sixth.
