DMP Sharks took maximum points from an entertaining and high-scoring encounter at the Northern Echo Arena.
An Igemi Ekoku hattrick helped the hosts to the win, in what was an important morale boost for the Sharks.
The hosts started the brighter of the two sides, notching two tries in the opening ten minutes as they quickly got on the front foot.
Strong backs play saw tries for Linzi Taylor and Ekoku, before the visitors hit back through Carys Hall.
