Harlequins' first-half dominance saw them coast to a convincing victory over competition newcomers Leicester Tigers.
Harlequins are competing with Leicester and Trailfinders in a round robin for seventh spot.
The away side had to weather early Leicester pressure, but it was Harlequins who opened the scoring as Jade Mullen crossed after some neat offloading.
Mullen was also at the heart of the second try. The full-back sliced through the Tigers defence to create a two-on-one and put Amy Layzell in to score.
