Jac Morgan says he was encouraged by the way Wales finished their Six Nations campaign and was thrilled for his teammates to finally enjoy a win over Italy.
The British and Irish Lions flanker was due to lead his country, but dislocated his shoulder during the autumn Test against Argentina and missed the entire championship.
Ospreys star Morgan, who is joining Gloucester at the end of the season along with club and country mate Dewi Lake, said: “You could see how the boys and the squad were growing, learning and getting better every week.
