Over the years, the Cornish Pirates coaching duo of Gavin Cattle and Alan Paver have unearthed some real gems when it comes to young talent looking to make their mark at the highest level.
Often forced to rebuild their squad at the start of a campaign, the duo are seemingly well versed in working their magic and putting together a pool of talent capable of challenging for honours in the Championship.
