London Scottish withdrawal delays Tuilagi return

A new arrival at the Exiles last summer, Brian Tuilagi will have to wait to mark his return to English rugby after stints in France and Italy

BRIAN Tuilagi is eager to take all that he has learned from stints in France and Italy to London Scottish.
But the 25-year-old will have to bide his time before he can stamp his authority on English rugby after Scottish announced they would not seek loan funding from the government’s Sport Winter Survival Package (SWSP), thereby opting out of the coming Championship season.
The Leicester academy product signed up for the Championship with the Exiles last June, along with younger brother Fred, following a three-year excursion in French Basque country at US Dax, and on the east coast of Italy ...
