Plymouth A …………59 Dings Crusaders .. 12
PLYMOUTH Albion maintained their 100 per cent record with a comprehensive victory over Bristol-based Dings Crusaders.
Plymouth, who are in a fine run of form, dominated both in terms of possession and territory.
Dings’ cause wasn’t helped by having two players carded in the first half.
In perfect playing conditions, Plymouth took the game to Dings and went into an early lead when wing Noah Fenton crossed by the posts making the conversion a formality for fly-half Iwan Jenkins.
Dings were playing the game on the back foot and fell further behind when Fenton scored in the corner.
With the last play of the first half, Plymouth added a third try when prop Dan Pullinger powered over with Jenkins adding the extras.
Shortly after the interval, Fenton got his hat-trick taking him to 16 for the season. Pullinger scored his second try, before Jarrard Hayler and Huw Taylor got themselves on the scoresheet.
Dings’ efforts were rewarded with tries from Tom Knight and Solomon Taufa, with Sam Berry converting one.
Plymouth finished well and Rhys Williams got two push-over tries. Jenkins converted seven of Albion’s nine tries.
