MOSELEY went into the Christmas break on the back of a hard-fought victory.
The nature of the pitch was never going to allow a free-running game and it took until the 23rd minute for a clear opportunity, with Luke Bouchier landing a fairly simple penalty for the visitors.
Then a chip-through by the home team stuck to the pitch. Oliver Allsopp showed his soccer skills to kick through and touched down under the posts. Jack Jolly’s conversion was a formality for the final score of the first half.
