PLYMOUTH Albion held off Esher’s second-half fightback to take a bonus-point win.
In an absorbing encounter, Thomas Putt’s penalty opened the scoring for Plymouth ten minutes in.
Esher immediately responded as captain, Adam Bullett crashed over a minute later, Sam Morley’s conversion putting the hosts ahead.
Putt’s second penalty gave Plymouth a lead that they relinquished again when Mattias Woolard charged over.
