Man-of-the-match Dan Martin was the architect of the victory behind the Taunton pack. His feints and steps, coupled with dummies and ball shows, kept the Sedgley Park defence guessing. The scoring opened after only six minutes after Park had conceded four penalties. Taunton took a tap and drove for the line, with Isaac Dalton going in for the try.
