DARLINGTON Mowden Park rounded off the year with a highly impressive home win over Sale FC.
Garry Law’s side ran in four tries to take maximum points, with a late Harry Yates score making a 20m break off tage, kickdenying the visitors a losing bonus point.
Mowden made a bright start, and Sale were shown yellow early when Stone Priestley-Nangle was sin-binned for a deliberate knock-on. Law slotted over the resulting penalty, before Ben Frankland powered over from close range just a few minutes later. ...
