Titans hit top form to oust Mowden

TAUNTON Titans came out on top in a hardfought contest against Darlington Mowden Park.
The two teams tried to play open rugby despite the dull, damp conditions and they managed to keep the game flowing in the first half.
Mowden Park opened the scoring after 19 minutes with a penalty from Matthew Minogue, who scored 16 of the visiting side’s points.
Taunton went into the lead after 24 minutes with a break by Charlie Wright, who outpaced the defence to score under the posts. Jordan Warboys converted.
