Harry Wilkinson who scored four tries, all from close range but all that needed finishing.
Esher are still looking for their first league win of the season but on this showing it won’t be long in coming.
Playing with the wind behind them, Esher took an early lead when fly-half Sam Morley kicked a penalty.
Plymouth hit back with two tries from Wilkinson, both coming from close-range line-outs.
