TAUNTON’S forward power proved the difference in a tight game as they over-powered their visitors in the set-piece.
The students opened brightly, dominating the early stages and denying Taunton the ball, and it was no surprise when they took an early lead with a penalty.
But this lead lasted only three minutes as the Taunton pack moved into gear, powering over the line for hooker Taione to score the first try. Sinclair converted.
