LOUGHBOROUGH were in scintillating form in the Midlands, starting the new year with a comprehensive thrashing of a beleaguered Dudley side.
From the moment Isaac Bell wriggled over from a maul in the 16th minute, there was only ever going to be one winner, the Students going through the gears at a rate of knots.
Charlie Briers and Harry Rowson went over within three minutes as the Dudley defence floundered, before Briers secured the bonus-point with a marvellous dummy and canter to the line.
