Ben proves a sly Fox in top triumph

THREE tries from skipper Ben Fox laid the foundations for this win for the Reds.
It was Fox who scored the opening try in the corner from a scrum near the Newport line, with Rhys Brownfield kicking the first of his five conversions.
The visitors struck back with an unconverted try through Kaid O’Neill, but Redruth hit back as Lewis Thomas squeezed over in the corner.
Play ebbed from end to end, with the Redruth defence showing their mettle to keep lively Newport out.
