Filling the shoes of the man who transformed Exeter University into the most dominant collegiate side in the country was always going to be a difficult task for new head of rugby Gareth Elliott.
But as he gears up for his inaugural season of BUCS Super Rugby at the helm of the national powerhouse, Elliott already looks to be making a good go of it.
