League leaders Leicester Lions racked up their 18th victory of the season, but they were made to work for it by struggling Bournville.
The home side were always going to be up against it at Avery Fields against a Lions side that has only been beaten once so far this campaign.
Bournville are second from bottom in the standings with only two wins from their 18 matches.
