Dale had opened the scoring, after Jack Greig fielded Scunthorpe’s clearing kick and fed in Omari Kaup-Samuels who ran through to score. Greig added the conversion and soon slotted over a further penalty.
Momentum would swiftly switch when Dale conceded a string of penalties, as The Greens took advantage.
