Freak injury stops Hoppers’ hopes

WHAT first looked like serious neck injury, for Preston’s Robbie Willetts, proved to be a significant disruption as Tynedale ground hard for a win, over the visitng Grasshoppers.
The visitors were in fact leading 15-8 at half-time, courtesy of excellent tries from Ed Keo-hane and Owain Williams. Sam Freeman added a 37thminute penalty, having converted once from those scores.
