BILLINGHAM claimed a hard-fought bonus-point win over Preston in a match marked by tight defences and timely attacks.
The first half saw little scoring, with both teams having plenty of possession but struggling to break each other’s defences. Preston had an early opportunity but were denied by resolute defence.
