It’s crossbar heartache for Evans in narrow defeat

IN a game where either team could have won it was Tynedale who came out on top.
It took until the 24th minute for the first point. A cross-field kick following a scrum saw Scarborough turn on the afterburners, rounding the Tynedale defence to score. Evans landed the conversion.
After 28 minutes Billingham conceded a penalty, and back chat saw the ref march them back another ten. Tynedale choose to scrum and scored a try through Richards after a push over; Rogers converted.
