Hull cope with the conditions to grind out a win

A GAME played in constant driving rain and a gale-force wind was won by a Hull side who showed a little more precision in attack and better handling skills than their opponents.
Hull first try came after their No.8 Adam Brankley made a 40yard break from a scrum. The ball was kept alive for fullback Duell Trueman to touch down for an unconverted try.
Further Hull pressure led to a second score when Jose Uriburu-Gray grounded after a strong scrum.
