SHEFFIELD pulled away from a dogged Tynedale side to record a bonus-point victory after key second-half interventions from Jason Hignell and Callum Posa, who were left out of the starting side.
Coach Anthony Posa rotated his side on a heavy pitch in South Yorkshire, but Tynedale were the more clinical side in the first half, scoring the same amount of tries in three visits to the opposition 22 as Sheffield did in seven.
But trailing 14-12 at the break, Sheffield shifted up a gear in the second half to get back on track...
