A ruthless Preston Grasshoppers edged Tynedale in a thriller at Lightfoot Green Lane.
Robert Parker kicked an early penalty for the visitors’ first points of the day, but Hoppers fought back with a try from Ben Pearson after the full-back and Jacob Browne showed their footballing skills to create the score.
Harry Moulding scored the hosts’ second when he burst from the base of the scrum to dive over in a corner.
