Huddersfield's mid-season revival scaled new heights with a barnstorming win over third-place Ionians.
First-half tries from Callum Thomson and Lewis Workman saw the West Yorkshire side dominate, going in 23-0 up at the break.
Despite a second-half rally from the visitors, Field continued to control the game, demonstrating why they have gone four games unbeaten since early December.
Early enterprise from the home side was converted into points through two long-range penalties from Will Milner.
