THIS match produced the entertainment expected from two teams that enjoy their rugby.
Hull Ionians used power play to open the defence, while Fylde moved the ball around until the spaces came, then sprinted through them.
Fylde made a good start but Sam Pocklington intercepted on his own 22 and ran 70 metres to score. Lewis Minikin added the conversion and went on to convert all six tries.
