HULL kicked off with Liam Regardsoe celebrating his 100th game and he was quickly into the action as the hosts’ pack started to pile the pressure on the visitors.
Hull kept up their territorial domination for the first quarter and a scrum near the visitors’ line saw them go for the pushover, which was illegally halted by scrumhalf John Law, resulting in a penalty try for Hull and a yellow card for Law after 14 minutes
