TYNEDALE took the spoils at Lightfoot Green as composure near the try line let Hoppers down.
The away side took the lead through Jake Rodgers, who touched down with frantic Preston defence only delaying the inevitable, the fly-half adding the extras to his own try.
Grasshoppers fought their way back into the game and deservedly levelled from a driving maul, Oliver Trippier going over the line with the conversion added by Tom Davidson.
