Hull pay the price for a first half of fumbles

HULL again rebounded from a difficult start to come within a whisker of beating Sedgley. They found Sedgley in unforgiving mood in a first half where Hull made a number of handling errors. A penalty by fly-half Steve Collins gave Sedgley an early lead.
With both sides kicking for position, the game entered a period of stalemate until Sedgley winger Leon Simpson touched down in the corner with Collins adding the extras. A similar effort gave Olli Glasse a try, again converted by Collins.
