First-half mauling tames the Lions

LIONS went into the game with some expectation, but after 40 minutes the reality had set in.
Stourbridge dominated the first half with their forwards laying the solid foundation for them to score four tries through Joe Heatley, Llyr Griffiths, Nick Murray and Nick Cairns.
At half-time Lions’ coach Vili Ma’asi made changes and the second half saw a much improved performance.
They spent much of the half on the attack as Rory White, Alan Carr, Jake Carter and Conor Gracey all went close.
