LUCTONIANS gave themselves a lifeline and a mathematical chance of avoiding relegation with a 12-try demolition of relegated Sheffield.
Sheffield started the brighter and scored through Lewis Bowman after only ten minutes, Andy Hodgson converting, but Lucs replied through Jordan Page on their first foray into the Sheffield 22. Sheff ’s Dominic Parsons was dismissed for foul play, Piers Morell receiving a yellow for the home side in the incident.
