RICKIE Aley was nerveless once again as his penalty saved South Leicester’s blushes after they threw away a 15-0 lead against local rivals Leicester Lions. Tries from Adam Nunney and Blane Howe had helped the hosts into a comfortable position midway through the first half.
But the Lions scored 20 unanswered points either side of the break with Ben Palmer and Aaron Martin dotting down.
Myles Bean and Alex Wilcockson exchanged late tries leaving Aley to step up with 78 minutes on the clock to tie the game. Nunney had gone over after just 12...
