Oxford H ………………24
Dorking ………………..65
DORKING stormed to a big 11-try triumph at Oxford.
George Head crossed inside two minutes to give Dorking the perfect start, and the pressure continued as Owen Davies added another four minutes later, with Thomas Hardwick converting Davies’ effort.
Head then grabbed his second before Thomas Howe and Thomas Bloomer touched down in quick succession.
This was quickly followed by further scores from Will Sanders, Harry Barker and Max Coyle to underline Dorking’s dominance.
Just before the break, Quins finally found reward for their persistence as Henry Sayer powered over and Oliver Brian converted.
Dorking struck early again after the restart, with Sanders grabbing his second.
Kieran Jenkins hit back to give the home crowd something to cheer about, before Adam Field proved unstoppable from close range.
Then on his 300th appearance for the club, Allan Purchase scored after 65 minutes. Brian converted, thus rewarding a sustained period of home pressure and secured a try bonus point for Quins
But Coyle added his second after 77 minutes, with Daragh Chamber completing the scoring.
