WORTHING secured their first win of the season, which lifted them off the bottom of the table and above opponents Colchester on a filthy afternoon in Essex yesterday.
With Storm Bert doing its best to disrupt proceedings, Worthing outscored their hosts by four tries to two thanks largely to an efficient set-piece and resolute defence.
